CompetitorsWOD

Has anyone here been following Ben Bergeron's CompetitorsWOD programming?

If so, please share your thoughts on things like gains you've made in strength and oly work over the first couple of phases, total amount of volume, general opinions, etc.

I'm interested to see how he programs for weaknesses, as per his template that's the main focus for December.
