Nina's CFCC log!!!
Today was supposed to be my rest day but I couldn't pass up on a Press day.
strength, Barbell Press, up to 1 for speed
My peak two weeks ago was 68lbs but I forgot to log last week so I wasn't to happy about that today...
Metcon 3 Rounds of 1 min. of work of each movement for max reps( from the floor)Press 75% of your peak( I did a little more ...57lbs) Overhead squat the same weight and Rest
Round 1 10/10
Round 2 9/7
Round 3 8/6
I started with the over head squat but after three my shoulder started to hurt. So I did the front squat and I know my squat wasn't the greatest today.
I really like the new cycle and I know this cause I managed to go six days this week
