Coach & CF staff: Thanks for the recent examples of military fitness/skill movements on the WOD page. "Jumping Over Stick" from January 29 was, for me, quite a bit harder than my initial impression. It took a few tries just to get over the stick. Jumping back over the stick was another story and provided my 16 year old son with quite a few laughs. For the record, he got over the stick first try but jumping back over the stick gave him some trouble also. ;-)

I haven't tried that yet. I am a little concerned with the outcome. :happy:
