In the course of fooling around with different exercises to keep my quads strong during meniscus rehab, I discoved the "unweighted" squat.

At the moment, I can move into a squat position, but I can only apply reduced power when my leg is bent.

So, I started squating, while hanging onto a racked bar in the squat cage. Essentially doing partial chin ups to take the weight off my right leg.

In the process, I noticed that my form was perfect. It seems like the act of assisting (lowering / pulling) with the bar forces perfect form.

Anyway, thought this might be of use to some of you who train others... as a method for training the appropriate movement patterns, before adding weight.
