When doing the Tabata This, do you rest 10 seconds between the 20 seconds of workouts? or is the 1 minute the only rest you are suppose to take?

Thanks!

My interpretation from Lynne Pitts' FAQ is that it is 20 sec's work 10 sec's rest x8 per exercise. Followed by a 1 min rest then next exercise 20x10x8 then next exercise and so on until complete all 5 exercises. 4 minutes total per exercise plus 1 minute break between equals 24 minutes total. I'm new though and haven't done one yet. This, again, is only my interpretation if I were to do it today.

Lawrence,
Jeremy is dead on. Keep the bucket close, if you stick to it, you will need it. The picture of Brad Hirakawa and the bucket is a CrossFit Classic.
