Dr. Barry Sears sells a product called Zone Ribose, which may prevent or ameliorate Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness. Does anyone know anything about this stuff?

MSM has worked anecdotally for many folks on the Supertraining and Strength email lists.

About 10-15 grams post workout.
