Does anyone know how much much legged squats factor into barbell squats? Like if you weigh x and you can do y reps then theoretically you can squat z?

I am not sure about if there is any translation. I do know that when you do 1 legged squats it will strengthen your weaker leg and normally help increase your back squat.

I have seen someone on this board talk about the fact that increasing their max weighted squat helped their one-legged squats, but increasing their proficiency at one-legged squats did not carry over to their max weighted squat. Might have been Barry, but I'm not positive.

This question is already been answered on the Dragondoor forum, and think even multiple times.

It was something along these lines: when building up pistols, at returning to Back Squats, your max will be down because you aren't used to the spine loading anymore, but after an adaption period, you will be stronger, at least when you are novice or intermediate level.
