Diet Soda/Seltzer

So I've been catching up on a lot of the threads talking about diet soda inducing an insulin response similar to that of the regular stuff. Makes me glad I finally kicked that habit after years of 4-5 diet pepsi's a day.

Question: what do people think about the possible insulin response generated by drinking a sweet-flavored seltzer such as Polar Vanilla? Ingredients just show carbonated water and vanilla essence...
