Inside is probably close to impossible (hoho) as far as that's concerned IMO. You can't get any leverage on the wrists unless you go sideways... but yeah. At least grabbing on top of the rings is doable.

Muscle through to back lever. I guess you can do this from a false grip or normal grip.

Muscle up out of a front lever. This can also be done out of an " ice-cream maker " ( flex arm hang to front lever or candlestick ). Let the swing give momentum for the transition. No, I have never done one but I've seen it done.

if I muscle through to back lever, I guess after transition I should not straighten arms up, but forward into back lever, am I right?
and i guess there is no false grip in MU out of front lever?

wanted to do roll back into support, but coach had other plans for me: inlocates/dislocates and basic swing all evening. I will try it next time.
