I've found really remembering to squeeze my glutes is what keeps me up there. And to rely more on my hands and fingers to correct than making bigger moves with my hips and legs

I'll hold a handstand there as long as you want for any photo if you can get me out there :-)

Roger,

The way out is just like the way in...by sprinting up the seats and jump over the top row into the track behind.

If its Greek LEO Vs Greek Crossfiter, I put my money on the Crossfiter when it comes to running!;-) PLus I get a head start!

Actually I doubt anyone will notice, apart from some overly sensitive runners on the track behind who may shout nasty things at me. Therefore, TOD is very important for this op.;-)

You'll get in there ok alexander.

I made it in there and sprinted a couple of laps on the track one night when I was in Athens a few years back.

Wish I'd done a handstand or got photographic evidence now.

It's an inspiring place.

While I understand the premis behind this post has to do with handstand form, I really hear a challenge for the best handstand photo. That could be an ineresting crossfit challenge for us all... find the single best place you can for a handstand, get the photo and post it. I know that montreal could offer some grand spots....

Roger,

I promise you that if i don't have a "perfect" handstand by this spring, I'll be forced to put someone else in there. I think that your gymnastics level should be just what this "MUST" photo needs!
