Labrum, Chondromalacia, Shoulders
Sports doctor is telling me that surgery is probably not going to help me because the root of my issues is the arthritis... Which is causing the bone spurs, etc. I don't know what to do actually.. This means limiting a ton of overhead movements, pull ups, etc.
Attached is my diagnosis from the MRI, I wasn't about to type out all those long words. Suggestions? Surgery or Not? Arthritis remedies that have been successful around here? |
