Bicep Tendon
So I think I may have torn my bicep tendon but not sure. Any advice would be appreciated.
On Saturday did Angie. This should not be a problem for me. I have been doing crossfit over a year with good progress. Did butterfly pull ups for all 100. On Monday both arms were uncomfortable. Not muscular but felt like something else. It got looser as I worked out so thought I was just stiff. On Tuesday deadlifted @ 3x3 @ 75%. Nothing excessive. By the end of the day Tuesday in a lot of pain in left arm and have little range of motion. Cannot even straighten arm. It does not look like a bulge ie the tendon popped completely. But forearm and elbow is really swollen. No bruise but swollen. Thanks in advance for any help. |

Can be mild case of rhabdo muscle, muscle damage without rhabdo, muscle hyper trophy. Seek md assistance
