Welcome! I'm from Beverly, and have been at North Shore CF for about 5 months. Have you gone to CF Boston or are you making your own affiliate?

Hi Dale, im in newbury Ma here and workout at the North Shore Crossfit affiliate in Topsfield. Lots of good crossfitting going on there and in beverly, as well as Crossfit Boston of course.

been at NSCF for 3 months now and love it! this board is great too, so much info.
