People in the gym warn you he or she is nuts before you start.
People comment that you are nuts after the session. Uses the Smith machine correctly, by hanging some rings on the bar. belives in "comming from a position pulling above the weight, to supported underneath" (seminar code) Asks new female clients "How many pullups are you at?" Uses the rower Sadly, this is pretty simple stuff. |

The client arrives 20 minutes early at the gym, before session. Trainer arrives 5 minutes later on a cross bike wearing bike shorts and a cotton tee that says Half IM something. Briefly says hello then goes to change. Which consisits of dumping the pack behind the counter and changing from cleats to runners. And reading over the info sheet you filled.
All the while the counter staff tells you that that the trainer does crossfit, as well as bikes 650km/runs 200km/swims250km/lifts4hours a week. And he just did a half IM race yesterday. And just rode in to work 45km. It's been exactly 3 minutes and he walks up smiles and says shall we start? |

He follows his own advice and gets excellent results.
Training is his passion, not just a paycheck. He expects results from you as well, and with your consistent hard work using good solid basics, he will get them. |
