Just a question regarding the expected lifespan of suppliments such as protein powders and creatine and there anticiated lifespan once opening the packaging. I have heard that Creatine MUST be consumed within a maximum of 2 months or else it will lose it's potency and thus become ineffective?? I then question if 10lb buckets of protein powder can possibly have the same problem.
Dont want my investment into powders literally turn to dust in my hands....... Can anyone help??? |
