Two hands overhead anyhow, deadlift, max overhand pullups, mile run. No weight classes becuase the pullups and run balance out the deadlift and overhead lift. All you need is a few barbells, a pullup bar, and a quarter mile track. Points awarded according to your place in each event. Lowest score wins. For example first place=1 point. Tenth place = 10 points. To dominate this you would really have to be an amazing all around athlete as strength endurance, relative strength, power, pure strength, speed, and cardiovascular endurance all are involved.
