Wasn't able to find anything specifically about this by searching so here's my dilemma. Just had my knee scoped on Monday due to meniscal tear. Now that I'm sitting around rehabbing my knee I'm going a lil nuts not doing anything else. Anyone have some suggestions for workouts I could do that would not really use my legs? I can stand on it totally pain free but it still is swollen and wont bend well. I'm thinking of seated presses, seated KB cleans, pull ups and maybe even pounding the heavy bag just standing still, anyone have other ideas? Thanks

There is a CFJ that talks particularly about WOD and knee rehab. I can't remember which one it is. You could do dips, pull ups, pistols, seated wall ball(?), L holds. I am sure there are some more ideas out there. Good luck with the bum hinge.
