I have been trying to fight off some nagging injuries in my left quad, shoulder and lower back for about a month now. I'm going to take one or two weeks off the WOD and focus in on bodyweight stuff and maybe some hiking and biking. This sucks because in some areas I was really making some breakthroughs.

Think of it this way, if you adjust your training so your injuries can heal it'll be a huge breakthrough. Much better than pushing through the pain and injuring yourself more.
Just because you're modifying your workouts doesn't mean you can't workout hard. Hope you heal soon. |
