Software for tracking workouts

Does anyone know of a good software program to track progress with the Crossfit workouts?

Try mysporttraining, you can tailor it to all sorts of different workouts.
http://www.vidaone.com/ (wfs)

I used to use it for my weight training. You can get a PDA version and sync it with your computer.

I agree with Aileen, it's a great program. I have used it for about 3 years now. It's great to search, for example I can type in "Fight Gone Bad" and it will immediately pop up sequentially all the times I've suffered through that one and the scores.

A lot of people here use

wfs http://logsitall.com

Which has a lot of the other CFers times as well so you can compare them to other people or see how everyone did on particular WODs.

SSP Alert...

http://www.athleticslog.com

Another online tracking tool. It has all CF home page WODS back to Feb of 2005. tracks max efforts, charts both as rxd and non-rxd efforts on workouts. Allows for trainers to adminster workouts for their clients...

Have you tried WOD Club (www.wodclub.com). Awesome tracking, and historic graphing plus some great social features like challenge your friends and the ability to track how you do vs. your friends.

There is a new software product called HiTechGym that tracks workout results for members of your gym.
