A year in review...
I think this stuff works? I was looking through my exercise journal and decided to make a comparison. I started doing CrossFit March of 07, rather timidly at first. I have never really noticed how much my body has changed or how much my performance has improved until now. I guess you could say I was the skinny weak kid last year? Now I'm a slightly less skinny kid who is kind of strong but feels he is no where near his genetic potential.
I can't wait to see what 2008 brings.

Abdomen Circumference (relaxed) : 30"
Circumference Right Thigh: 19"
1 rep max, weighted pull-up: 35lbs
1 rep max, bench press: 100lbs
1 rep max, Push press: 75lbs
1 rep max, Back Squat: 145lbs.
1 rep max, Deadlift: 200lbs.
1 rep max, Powerclean: 95lbs
1 rep max Clean and Jerk: 85lbs

Push-ups: 25 in 30 seconds
1 rep max, weighted pull-up: 70lbs
1 rep max, bench press: 155lbs
1 rep max, Push press: 140lbs
1 rep max, Front Squat: 205lbs
1 rep max, Back Squat: 225lbs.
1 rep max, Deadlift: 325lbs.
1 rep max, Clean: 155lbs
1 rep max Clean and Jerk: 150lbs
