Thanks everyone for your interest in this spreadsheet. I just sent out the file to all those on the third page, please let me know if you requested it earlier and did not receive it; much apologies!

I'd like to let you know that I also created a spreadsheet for the hero and benchmark girls WODs. You can customize it however you like, also you can put in a set of names of those working out and it will put them on the list when you fill out the names. Also you can choose from a drop down list is the scaled versions of those WODs, courtesy of

Please let me know if you would like a copy of this as well.
