Cleaned each rep., 140# clean PR too.

21-15-9 reps of:
185 pound Deadlift
80 pound Overhead squat( shoulders did not allow 95#, had to switch weights on bar in between DL & OHS on the same bar)

11:30

felt guilty so did another 30 or so OHS @ 45# and 20 burpees and 50 air squats

16rounds + 3 wall balls

Pack:
115 pound Squat Clean and Jerk, 30 reps

The barbell goes from ground to overhead, passing through a front squat in which the crease of the hip passes below the height of the kneecap. The finish position is with the arms, hips and knees fully extended, arms overhead, with at least a portion of the ear visible in front of the arm. Dropping the barbell is acceptable

Snatch one rep every minute on the minute for 15 minutes.

65,75,80,95,95,95,95,95,95,95,95,95,100,100,100

a couple 95s were sketchy and only 1 of the 100s was legit.
