C. Lane WOD log

I have been dabbling in Crossfit for about 6 months but have now moved away from the garage gym I had at my disposal. Hoping this keeps me motivated.

Wall Ball 17.5# 28 24 20 = 72
SDHP 75# 20 15 16 = 51
Box Jump(2nd step) 23 24 20 = 67
Push Press 75# 17 15 15 = 47
Burpees 18 20 16 = 54

Total = 291

Used back steps for box, just moved and been slacking for a week or so felt good.

400m + rest equal time

7 complete rounds in 20 minutes including 7th rest less a few seconds.

75# for all

Only have 75# of weight so ran 1.5 miles first.

Need more weight!
