Twist

There is one thing I notice lacking from the WODs, and that is twisting movements.

Axe choppers, russian twists, windmills, whatever... It's not that the obliques are totally ignored, and not that I'm thinking about targeting muscles like bodybuilders; but, when targeting movements, why do CrossFit WODs not include twisting movement?

Anyone else notice this, care to comment, whatever?
