Wrist pain and OLY/KB movements

I'm kind of new to doing oly and KB movements. One thing I am noticing is that I'm getting some pain in my wrists. I notice it mostly the day after cleans or anything using a front squat I did thrusters yesterday and today I really notice the pain today.

My guess is that I have to work on wrist flexibilty.

Any suggestions on what to do?

doing psuedo push ups really improved my wrist strength and flexibility. if you dont know what these are, its bascially a regular push up, except you move your hands down as close to your hips as you can. (if this is unclear just look it up on youtube)

Take a look at my question titled Fran. I had a similar problem with the Push Press. Eugene gives a very good explanation that helped me resolve it.
