Keeping with the theme you should ad an overhead clap to the jumping squats instead of a target..

First set was a little too kippy, so I went to do another set. After my 4th rep my setup falls apart... so I have that on video. FINALLY, I get a good set with minimal/no stretch reflex assist.

Chalked up thighs so you can see I actually slap.

Blooper first, 8 second.... wfs

Actually, now that I did these, I think that I could do these before. I'm pretty sure I was working on the regular straight body slap thighs. That's the REAL hard stuff.

Beyond that is the "hallowed" behind the back claps... with no kip. Ungodly amount of power required.

kipping pullups, regular pullups, kipping clapping, clapping, L-clapping, L-slap chest, kipping behind the back clap, L-slap abs, L-slap thighs, regular slap thighs, behind the back clap
That's the progression if you wanna work it. If there's no kipping before it... obviously means not kipping.

That's incredible Steven! Tremendous amount of core strength/control.

By all means this is something anyone can work up to with enough pulling power... so don't cut yourself short if you wanna learn something like this.

After you can hit maybe about 8 on one progression move to the next one. I posted the progressions you can use if you want up above.

You savage! That was nuts! You made it look so easy too. I guess I have to start working that progression.

You looked scared ****less when you setup fell apart in the blooper!

I was under the impression that if it ever were to actually fall, it would fall off like that and then towards me which is why I put my arm up. But then it didn't fall in... so I was happy, haha. Rather amused would be the expression I gave after I realized it wouldn't fall towards me.
