Randy question?

What the difference in a power snatch and a clean and jerk? I see they look different, but the muscles used seem the same? If not, what should I concentrate on doing while performing the power snatch? One sweeping motion with hip action maybe?

first look at the hand position, then the hips and then snatch is one motion from floor to overhead. cj is two separate actions
very different
