Took the week before the cert. off and rested.
10/28/07 "Fight Gone Bad" - 176 points (scaled of course) 10/29/07 "Fran" - 4:51 (scaled waaaay back) ****ed myself up really bad in Toronto. Thought I may have had the onset of rhabdo, but I was wrong. I think I have an inpinged nerve in my right palm heel from trying muscle-ups at the cert. Tried them again today and that funky feeling went rushing through my fiingers that lost feeling last week. Not liking it at all... |

50 Wall Ball shots (14 lbs.) 50 KB Swings (12kg) 50 Ring Push-Ups 50 Ring Rows 50 Back Extensions 50 Sit-Ups 41:02:01 I'm sure there is another name for this routine, or someone alreay came up with it, but I just threw it together at the last minute this morning and tried to grind through it. |

Been weak on keeping on log on here. Been keeping one at my house though, so at least its logged somewhere.
11/10/2007 - Saturday As many rounds in 15 minutes of: 10 Deadlift 135lbs. 10 Ring Push-Ups Total rounds = 6 |
