Re: Dude Bro Bro Dude

Yeah there are alot of crossovers. I try thinking about midline stabilization and deadlift/squat/clean techniques on takeoff. Also I try squatting out alot more landings and again midline stablization to correct poor fliptrick form built up over years of bending over at the waist. When I was a kid I would do huge ****. I took a little 5 year break but am starting to get back to that. I am like 50-60 lbs heavier so Ive got to be smart. Its cool getting more mature and thoughtful with skateboarding.

Justin-please don't cross-post (post the same message in more than one forum.)
A more descriptive title would help you get responses as well.

Welcome to the forum.

Re: Dude Bro Bro Dude

Once upon a time, long ago. Still up for a relaxed mini ramp session, but don't know where they are any more. They put in a nice cement park nearby, but it's just too crowded for me most of the time. O.K. crowded, and since I haven't ridden a big cement bowl in about 10 years, I will admit to being scared. The last time I rode cement (Crested Butte CO skate park) I slammed so hard in I limped for 4 months; just don't bounce off the pavement the way I used to.
