Ok so i tried to see if I could find out how much I should be eating their abouts. I started to keep regular workout journal but this week I'm feeling very burnt-out I now realized that I should not have skipped the rest day on Sunday and will always take a day off. But I do get this burnt out regularly and today did an average tally of calories to find out what I'm eating and found that I was about 3000 calories(not in the least bit zone but I would like to change that.) give or take and I'm unsure it that can maintain my current workout load(see log in workout in log section of message board). I'm 17 years old at about 170lbs. I want to try and gain strength. If you could link me to something that gives me a better idea of the zone I keep trying to find stuff but it keeps coming up blank. Comments on workout selection is welcome too...off topic I know

Why do people keep giving that link? When you submit it, it takes you to (w/f safe) http://www.zoneperfect.com/Site/cont...Men_Result.asp -- Which tells you that they are redesigning and then redirects you back to the front page.
