Perforated Eardrum and Pressure

Hi, all--

I recently suffered two perforated eardrums as a result of an ear infection.

I asked my doctor about exercise, and she said that it was fine to work out.

I trust my doctor, but I also like hearing out of both ears. I did some ring work yesterday and heavy front squats several days ago before I knew that my eardrum was perforated, and it felt fine, but I want to play it safe. Does anybody have any experience with this?

Obviously, you all are not doctors, and I am not seeking your medical opinion, etc...

Probably not a good idea to go super heavy as that does increase pressure.

I'd aim for light more cardio type workouts or work heavily on technique and treat the next couple weeks as deloading/off weeks.
