Not bad, but it seems that is not as fluid as it should be (some loss of stabilization when going down), and it looked like your knees were caving in when you were coming up from the bottom of the lift, try to keep your knees out as you come up. Also I recommend watching this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U-PkTCZv3no, and lightening the load and working on form before going back up to that weight.
