Wod
I noticed that pull ups were in yesterdays WOD. Today my lats are fried. Is this normal to have the same movement back to back days?

Re: Wod
Can be. We do lots of pullups around here. (every day actually if you also do the CrossFit Warmup)

Re: Wod
You never know what "game day" will bring, so be prepared for anything. The two WODs were quite different in their hit on the pullups. The thruster/pullup WOD was much higher intensity with little to no rest. "Lynne" requires a max rep effort, but also allows for as much rest between rounds as you need. Also, since "Lynne" isn't timed and focuses on strength, try changing up your pullup method to strict rather than kipping.

Re: Wod
Has there ever been the exact same WOD back to back? Just curious,

Re: Wod
Not that I know of, though some times there will be a sequence of WODs that seems deliberately cruel (Linda followed by Murphy followed by Filthy Fifties springs to mind). If you want to see true despair, check out an affiliate where they try "Fran deja vu." Works like this: Prescribe "Fran," let everyone finish the WOD, wait five or six minutes and announce "good job! now, let's do it again!"
