Three rounds for time of: 4:25 10 Jump rope, double unders 10 Hip Extensions 10 Exercise Ball GHD type Sit-ups Not very good at any of these and after finishing went back and practiced each for 5 min or so. Plus bumped the VB around for 30 min. |

It's been a while since I posted. Been really busy. Trying to spend some time working on my legs and back. More along the line w/ flexibility. I have noticed over the past several weeks my legs and back have been sore for a few days after certain work outs. So I mainly worked on the CFWU and stretching. With a few workouts here and there.
080822 - Angie - Not timed. 50 Pull-ups 50 Push-ups 50 Sit-ups 50 Squats 080825 - Murph - Not timed. 50 Pull-ups 100 Push-ups 50 Squats 080827 - not timed. 30 Handstand push-ups Beginner 40 Pull-ups - Jumping 50 Kettlebell swings, 20lb dumbell 50 Sit-ups 0 Burpees - ha ha I hate burpees and my legs hurt. Friday 080829 - Fight Gone Bad 323 Some guys in the gym i work out in asked me what it was so I showed them and then we did it together. I was over 100 pts off my best. Goes to show how weak my back and legs are right now. Plus this time round we used free weights instead of machines so that probably added to the lack of points. Tuesday 080902 Weighted pullups - 20lbs 1x 20lbs 1x 20lbs Fail 15lbs 1x 15lbs Fail 10lbs Fail BW Fail I am so weak. Will probably be light for another week as I have a 5k I am running on the 11th. Then were back on track. |

Ok, here goes round 2 of CF. I had to travel for a few weeks w/ work and got really lazy. Plus, since the company was paying for the food I now weigh more than ever. 216lbs. I haven't done any CF workouts in over a month. I have done a little running and lifting but not really. I have been playing volleyball 1 - 2 times a week.
Lastnight I hurt my back fairly bad and am using this as my wake up call to get back to it. It took me 20 min. to get out of bed this morning. In 90 days I will turn 35 and am setting a goal to be 205lbs by then. 3, 2, 1, go!!!! |

I assume if you are reading my thread you realize I lack discipline. My back us just now feeling 90% so today I am hitting the gym. I weighed in this morning at 222lbs. I wished I could say that's all muscle. That's 10 lbs heavier than when I first started CF in May. I got down to 206 in August but the back injury has kept me inactive for a while now. I started drinking Coke again and am sure it has affected my weight greatly.
Don't think I'll hit my goal of being 205 by birthday. Mainly b/c its now 14 days away. New goal is 205 by the end of January. 3, 2, 1, go!!!! again! |

Yesterday did CFWU 3x's and played bball for an hour. Didn't eat very well. Today I have only had one 12 Coke which would explain the splitting headache.
