Crossfit DC's FBG Sep 30th
If anyone out in the DC area wants to be part of the FGB fundraiser please feel free to get onto the team. We will have a few different heats. Starting at 9am going to 11am. I know we have some people who come to CFDC once in a while that post on the board but live far away. This would be a great time to make the trip. If you have any questions feel free to post on the CFDC blog and Tom or I will get back to you.

Very cool - the more people that get involved the better! Do you mean Sept. 29th though? That's when the national event takes place.

Ours will be on the 30th since that is when CFDC takes place each week.
