CrossFit:: Miami

A good friend of mine and I are in the process of making it happen. He is well known in our area and has an excellent martial arts school.

We have a good set-up as is; rope, medicine balls, kettlebells, dip, jump ropes, to name a few. I'm in the process of finding the olympic bar and plates, a rack, and he is setting up the pull-up bar and looking for plyo boxes.

I'll keep you guys posted! I'm excited about this :-)

Frank, great to see that post on the message board!
I just had lunch with Julio a few days ago, and he told me you two were ready to get rolling on that.
He also filled me in on your extensive background in gymnastics.
That is a huge asset for you guys!
I know Julio is an excellent trainer and a phenomenmal martial artist.He is definitely one of the finest gentlemen I have met and has very high integrity. He speaks very highly of you.
I know that CrossFit Miami will be a success!
I look forward to seeing you and Julio on April 22 at the "Triple Threat" Strength & Conditioning.

Alright!!! Now I know where to go outside of Southbeach in Miami when I do go there for business! Yeah! Build it, they will come.
