complete for time:

100 Double Unders

then:
5 Rounds
7 Push Jerks (95/135#)
12 Toes through rings


Schell: 17:16 (300su, 95#)


Ran a 400m as part of the warm-up and I set a 12 second PR without trying.

On the minute:

Complete 5 burpees and perform max rep 25#/45# Dumbbell Push Press on the minute.

The goal is to complete 100 total DB Push Press.

*At the beginning of every minute perform 5 burpees, for the rest of the minute perform as many DB Push Press as you can during that minute. At the beginning of the next minute perform 5 burpees and then max rep Push Press and so on until you reach 100 total DB PP.

Score it total minutes it took to complete 100 DB PP.


Schell: 11:40 (25#)

45 seconds Deadlifts (225/155#)
15 seconds rest
45 seconds Double unders
15 seconds rest

Score is total number of reps completed for all rounds.

score is total weight accumulated in each of the 7 lifts
(for example 170-155-175-135-180-125-170 = 1110)

Schell: 1155 (225x1 is a PR from 165x3)
