20 squats on a swiss ball or wobble board? I know the importance of balance, but to me there are much safer ways of doing it.

i just posted about valeria in another thread.

i havent been around the CF community very long but i like to think i have ingested my fair share of kool aid.

i am glad more and more types of training like this are becoming popular! it may not be CF, and it may have alot of things in it that are very different from CF, but on its surface this looks like functional fitness. seems like this would get you much more fit than doing what i see most people doing in the gym daily.

it seems like crossfit has born a movement! as more and more of these functional fitness programs spring up, i see it as an expansion of ideas that (from what i have read in a short time, i may be wrong) the glassmans have been trying to espouse and spread from the beginning.
