Mix it up. CrossFit got some great WODs but I find myself mixing it up with all kinds of WODs to keep eveyone interested and confusing the body.

Is that an official United States Navy Website?

It appears to be some commercial spinoff of crossfit.

my goals r to push myself to the limit. i want to get a lean as i possibly can, i am 5'11" between 184 and 188 depends week to week. i used to play professional baseball but i torn my throwing shoulder up got surgery and haven't gotten back to that leanness since. alot of it has to do with diet and im working on that
