Re: 40+ pull ups
I've been working on increasing my pull ups, dead hang, and have had a lot of fun with it. I've been using the 50 pull ups in 7 weeks program, and it's helped a lot.
My problem though, is that after doing pull ups, my right elbow hurts. There's some light popping and grinding sounds from it (that's been around for awhile though), and extending my arm causes some aching. Trying to figure if it is an issue in the joint itself, or due to musclular issues up stream or down stream from the joint. My elbow feels better after doing pressing motions. |
