Nicholas - check-out the "Start Here!" link on the left side of the CF home page.
Then read all the FAQ.
Then read through the message board posts here.
That's how I started a couple months ago - and you have more equipment than I had starting out!
Good Luck.

1. Make sure you get the movements down pat before going for the explosive weight laden excersizes. To quote a famous coach, "This stuff could kill you."
2. A PVC bar will greatly help you learn the movements safely, and increase joint flexibility (a must have around here) and then you can start adding weight from there.
3. See the "getting started" link on the homepage
4. Spend a bunch of time here on the forums, watching the video's, searching for previously answered questions, and asking questions.

Have fun!

If you have questions or need help getting started come up and see us on a Saturday morning. We are a 30 minute drive and I would be happy to answer any questions you have. We have several workouts we start people off with. Happy to give you that package and explain it to you.

I would certainly take Jeff up on his offer. This is another resource meant only for beginners.
