I went back into the archives 2 years and pulled out todays workout:
Hang from pull-up bar and slowly raise knees to elbows and lower again slowly to hang, 5 reps
Clean and Jerk 15 reps
Same knee raise 10 reps
Clean and Jerk 10 reps
Knee raise 15 reps
Clean and Jerk 5 reps
Knee raise 20 reps
The C&J's were done at 60, 80 and 100kg respectively. Both the set of 10 and 5 were broken into 2 smaller sets.
Talk about a ball-breaker.
I'd pay to see the man/woman who can C&J 100kg 15times without resting.
