Library of cues

Just wanted to see if anybody has ever tried to put together a library or cheatsheet of most effective coaching cues? I know there are several listed in the back of the L1 manual, but that's just a starting point... I own an affiliate & would like to put something together for all my trainers. Of course, if someone has already done this or at least started it, maybe we can contribute more to it as a community to give us new tools to fix inefficient movement in our athletes?

Re: Library of cues

I've daydreamed about this before... Basically it's a ton of work if you want it done right, most of the coaches who have the breadth and depth of experience to do this -- Chuck Carswell comes to mind, and other L1 flowmasters -- are pretty busy, and a book will never replace hands on training with other coaches. Nonetheless someone should write it someday . This one is pretty good just for the snatch and c&j: (wfs)

Re: Library of cues

Why not start a google spreadsheet and share it on the forum so people can add to it?
