I just wanted to get an objective opinion on my block needs based on my activity level.

lbm 150
activity multiplier ?
block needs ?

I do a body weight wod every other day and walk 5 miles to work 5 days a week.

Thanks Jesse I will give that a shot, I have been doing 16-17 so this might be just what I need to drop the extra fat.

I'm getting started on Zone. Can someone please point me in the direction of a good starting place to figure out my block needs, etc. It's kind of information overload when searching through the archives.

5'10" 200lbs, 23%BF. WOD pretty much every day plus lots of extra running now as I begin training for my first marathon. NYC.

Brett, if you check out http://www.drsears.com you can make a username and use the bodyfat calculator which will figure out your blocks for you.
