Already got CFJ21 this week liked it, but wouldlike to know more about the zone. From what I gather many elite athletes on this site have empirical evidence of it's effectiveness.

What is the best zone book to learn more about it?
Has any one know about the Zone Perfect Manual for Men Under 190, and if so how was it?
Thanks in advance for assistance.

I agree it is perfect book, especially if you are inclined to eating 4 block meals, tasty recipes!

I like the Zone block book. Has most foods broken into food blocks. Also lets you create fast food sorta frendly meals.

Read 'em all, "Mastering the Zone" is by far the most accesible, "Zone Food Blocks" is a close second. YMMV.
