Optimal training time during Ramadan?

I'm looking for some opinions on optimal training times during Ramadan fir one of my clients We are leaning towards training at early evening right before he breaks fast but are also considering some mornings.

A friend of mine is currently observing Ramandan. He's not following CF but P90x so workouts are fairly intense for him.

He said what works for him is exercising after breaking the fast at 8pm. His workout begins around 9:45. Doing it this way he's got some fuel for the workout and can replenish right afterwards.

He's the first to admit though that the whole thing sucks.
