forearm

hello everyone, when i was training judo - we had climbing rope,which was for forearms and grip strength,but now i workout in a gym and we dont have rope,so i wanna ask you to advise me some good exercises for forearm and grip strength.

Anything that involves holding on to a lot of weight, to put it simply.

Deadlifts are one of the best. Pullups are also good (use towels wrapped over the bar to simulate a rope).

wrap towels over the bar is good idea to engage forearms,thanks for advice!
