Nice George!

I got back from a week of backpacking and can't get a "normal" kip anymore... It sucked: I had to keep breaking into sets because I'd get winded with the uber-quick cycle time of the BFK... Time to watch that Eva T video!

The tutorial is great, I still can't get it down, and today had a couple of stunt/gymnast people trying to figure it out with me. Pretty funny to watch as we were running back and forth from the computer to the pullup bar.

George - congrats! Did you like it?

After the CF Games standards came out - now I'm switching to all pullups chest to bar. BFK is still quite possible as seen in Dutch's video. It'll take some time to get used to the volume though.

Andrew - the fact is that if you can BFK (especially now with chest to bar) - you'll do the regular kip just fine. It's like saying 100 air squats is useless for real life. It's true and not true at the same time. Carryover can be used in more broad terms.

It's like saying that the Leg Press is more benefitial for bikers due to the ROM and positioning, yet Deadlift seems to be in general a more effective tool.
