Re: Looking for a couple bars - get 2 mens? or 1 mens and 1 womens? or 2 womens?

I have a pendaly bar and a pendlay junior (10 kg) bar. The 10 kg bar is the same diamater as the women's, just 5 kg less. I have been very happy with both, and use the women's bar quite a bit when training the wife. I also like going from the broomstick to the junior bar, then the men's bar for burgner warmup.

Once more people start showing up in my garage, I will probably opt for a cf bar and a women's bar. Completely agree with calling Glenn and Allison - both are excellent to work with and will get you exactly what you need, not what they want to sell you.

Cheers,
Gordo
