Deadlift Pain

I've been finding that I have had to do quite a lot of deadlifts lately. After deadlifts I find a dull pain that impairs my flexibility in the lower back (those two large bones right at the base of my spine?). Multiple deadlifts (like in Diane) are very uncomfortable for me.

I was wondering if this was a result of just form, and how I can help this. My 1rm is 160kg, so I'm not lifting world record weights here.

Re: Deadlift Pain

Two large bones at the base of your spine? You got some extra bones or are you talking about your pelvis?

I'm no doctor, but I'd write it up to muscle stiffness or a pinched nerve.
